🎣 Gone fishing! Bring your rods and try your luck along the Vaal River. The fish haven't been informed of your visit, so no guarantees! 😂 Fishing spots are subject to availability, with priority given to overnight guests.

🧺 Pack a picnic! Find a shady spot, relax and enjoy the outdoors.

🛒 Forgot something? Our camp shop has snacks, drinks, ice, bait and other essentials.

🦆 Meet the locals! Our resident ducks and geese may pop in to inspect your picnic. They're not officially employed here, but nobody's told them that!

We love visitors, but Westvaal is a peaceful, family-friendly holiday resort — not a party venue. 💚

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 GROUPS & GATHERINGS

• This promotion is intended for couples, families and small groups of up to 6 guests in total, including children.

• Groups of 7 or more guests must be arranged and approved in advance, and do not automatically qualify for the promotional rates.

• Year-end functions, corporate gatherings, birthday celebrations, organised events and similar functions are excluded from this special, regardless of group size. Please contact us for separate arrangements.

• Splitting a large group into several smaller bookings doesn't bypass the group restrictions. Nice try, though! 😉😂

🚗 VEHICLES & PARKING

• Vehicle entry is included for individual family visits during this promotion, subject to available parking and management discretion.

• Groups must park their vehicles outside the resort unless management has specifically authorised otherwise.

• Management may restrict vehicle access or apply a vehicle entrance fee where necessary.

• And please, no music from car speakers! Your car might have an impressive sound system, but the rest of the resort hasn't bought tickets to the concert. 🎶😂

🔇 MUSIC & NOISE

• No loud music, portable sound systems or disruptive behaviour.

• Please respect our overnight guests and fellow visitors. Not everyone shares your taste in music — shocking, we know! 😂

🍻 ALCOHOL & BEHAVIOUR

• Responsible alcohol consumption only, subject to resort rules.

• Excessive drinking, rowdy behaviour and disturbances will not be tolerated.

🎣 FISHING

• Fishing space is limited, and overnight guests always have priority.

• Day visitors may fish only in areas made available by management.

• Please respect allocated fishing areas and never set up in front of an occupied campsite without permission.

• Remove all fishing lines, hooks and litter. Our ducks and geese are particularly unimpressed by abandoned fishing tackle! 🦆

🏊 POOL & CHILDREN

• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times, especially around the swimming pool and river.

• No glass containers in the pool area.

🌿 A FEW FINAL THINGS

• All visitors must register and pay the applicable entrance fee before entering.

• This special applies only to the advertised weekdays and dates. Normal day-visitor rates, hours and vehicle arrangements apply at other times.

• Day visitors must depart by 18:00.

• All visits and activities are at your own risk.

• All visitors must comply with Westvaal's resort rules and staff instructions.

• Management reserves the right to refuse admission or require visitors who disregard the rules to leave.
